Payment methods

The Customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. The relevant shipping costs will be added to the initial price of each of the products on offer shown on the Website. In all events, the Customer will be informed as to these costs before completing the checkout process.

The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and can be viewed on www.disane.es in “My account”, “Orders”.

The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to his/her order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or similar), PayPal or by direct transfer or deposit to the relevant account at a La Caixa bank branch office. The card with which payment is made must have been issued by a Spanish bank or savings bank.

Payment by card is conducted through REDSYS, using its security protocols. The Customer should notify Abedul as to any undue or fraudulent charge made to the card used to make purchases by email or telephone as soon as possible in order that Abedul may take the necessary action.

Security

Abedul uses the strictest security measures commercially available in the field. The payment process is performed via a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Customer’s and the Website’s computers. The SSL protocol guarantees:

  1. That the Customer is communicating his/her data to Abedul’s server centre and not to any other trying to pass itself off as its service centre.
  2. That the data are transmitted between the Customer and Abedul’s server centre encrypted, thereby preventing them from being read or manipulated by third parties.

Order Completion

When the order has been formalised (i.e. by accepting the Terms of Use and confirming the checkout process), Abedul will always email the CUSTOMER confirming the details of the purchase made.

Cancellation of orders

Abedul will accept the cancellation of orders when the request for cancellation is made before the order is dispatched. To cancel an order, ask to cancel it using the “Customer care” form or by sending an email to info@disane.es
